You have 14 calendar days to ship an item back from the date you received it. After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible for a refund.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
We will cover the cost of any return shipping.
We will refund the amount paid for merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.

To return an item, send us an email to email@example.com. Please make sure to include:
Reason for the return
Pictures of the product (in case if the item is defective or damaged)
Please allow our team 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your request and provide you with the return label.
Once your request is processed please print your shipping label and drop off the package at any of the carrier’s locations.Refunds
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
